Kilimanjaro Northern Circuit  Cost

The Northern Circuit Route is the longest and one of the most scenic routes to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. The Kilimanjaro Northern Circuit Route cost of this trek varies depending on the tour operator, the number of days, and the level of service. Still, it typically ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 per person. This cost usually includes park fees, camping fees, rescue fees, guide and porter fees, meals, and transportation to and from the mountain, but excludes tips, personal hiking gear, and flights to and from Tanzania.

The Northern Circuit route is the longest and most scenic route on Kilimanjaro, and it is therefore also the most expensive. This is because the route offers diverse landscapes, including the Shira Plateau, the Lava Tower, and stunning views from the Shira Ridge. Additionally, the Northern Circuit route is often guided, which means that you will need to pay for the services of a guide and porters. The longer acclimatization period also contributes to the higher cost.
